Indrė Laučienė leads the Foreign Talent Department at Go Vilnius (city developmen agency), where she shapes the city's strategy for attracting, integrating and retaining international professionals — and previously headed International House Vilnius, its relocation and integration hub. Drawing on years in EU labour-market projects and public employment policy, she argues that attraction without integration simply leaks talent back out. A regular voice at HR industry events, at Forum HR she joins the panel "Rethinking the Employee Deal" to discuss why talent leaves, why retention deserves as much investment as recruitment, and what companies can realistically offer to keep the people they attract.
