As HR Director Europe - Operations & Labour Relations at GBfoods, I bring more than 14 years of international experience leading cultural transformation, organisational change, leadership development, and people strategies across Europe.

Throughout my career, I have worked with multinational organisations undergoing significant change, helping leaders and teams navigate complexity while building cultures that balance business performance with human wellbeing. Having held senior HR leadership roles at GBfoods, Kerry, and Falk & Ross, I have built extensive experience in organisational development, culture transformation, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and change management.

I believe that sustainable transformation happens when organisations recognise people not simply as resources, but as the driving force behind innovation, adaptability, and long-term success.
