Joana Pita Negrão is People & Culture Director at Dils Portugal, where she leads the people strategy and helps shape an organizational culture aligned with the company’s growth and transformation. With over 15 years of experience in talent management, organizational development and cultural transformation, Joana previously spent 11 years at Nova SBE, where she played a key role in the institution’s people strategy and cultural transformation, while also serving as a member of the Executive Committee. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Porto and a postgraduate degree in Applied Management from Nova SBE. She began her career in international executive search and recruitment firms, including Heidrick & Struggles, Kelly Services and Michael Page.
