Head of People Care, Business Graduate, and Linguist with 5+ years of experience in HR.

Building on a foundation in recruitment and talent development, I have spent the past two years leading People Care functions across three companies, working across both operational and strategic HR topics in small to medium-sized organisations.

My HR philosophy is rooted in the belief that businesses are driven by people. While clear processes and compliance provide structure, leadership and culture set the direction. I combine reliable and structured HR operations with empathy, trust, and accountability—because sustainable performance thrives where integrity is lived and responsibility is shared.

People are motivated when the right conditions are in place: recognition, trust, psychological safety, and constructive feedback. At the same time, a healthy workplace culture requires clear boundaries, lived values, and mutual responsibility. I am passionate about advancing modern HR practices and building great places to work where people can grow, take ownership, and achieve meaningful results together.

And then there is the human side of HR: a smile, an attentive word, genuine appreciation, and positive energy can go a surprisingly long way in creating an environment where people genuinely enjoy doing great work.
